Correlated was created to solve a problem we've acutely felt at startups like MoPub, Cockroach Labs and Timescale as well as larger companies like Twitter and Lime. Why do some customers scale while others churn? What signals indicate a customer is ready to take off or is at risk? How can we better leverage tools like Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk and Intercom to understand what customers are doing and communicate their needs internally?
Frustrated by needing to use a mix of manual spreadsheets and jumping between tools, we decided to set out to build a better way to understand why customers are hitting inflection points and communicate that internally.
He's spent his career building successful teams and companies. Prior to Correlated Labs he held leadership roles at enterprise software companies including Facet, Timescale and TapCommerce (acquired by Twitter). When he’s not at work, he’s spending time with his wife and two kids in Prospect Park.
Diana thrives on working with enterprise software startups. She was previously first PM at infrastructure startups including Cockroach Labs and Timescale. Prior to that she was a VC at Norwest focused on investing in early-stage enterprise software companies. On weekends, Diana is always on the hunt for her next favorite coffee shop.
Breezy’s spent her time marketing for many hyper-growth software companies, including Alation, Cogito, and LogicManager, always bringing in new ideas for data-driven growth with the motto “work smarter, not harder.” She’s an ex-competitive marathon runner, but these days you can find her outside training for an upcoming triathlon.
