We've made extensive updates to Correlated's AI powered scoring product. Correlated's scoring models now allow you to fully customize PQLs and PQAs at each stage in your customer journey from conversion, expansion, onboarding, and retention:

  • We now give you granular control over every model element: the goal, the training data going in, and the audience of customers being scored for your specific use cases
  • You can set your preferred score thresholds to determine the precise volume of new leads coming in
  • Lastly you're now able to uncoer what's most correlated to success for your customers throughout their lifecycle, from ICP fit, to product usage and website activity

You can easily combine first party data (eg. product usage, billing data, support requests, email activity) and 3rd party data around technographic and firmographic markers from leading providers like Apollo, Clearbit and ZoomInfo. This allows you to build customizable behavioral fit scores as well as scores that identify your ICP across segments.
